Cultivate Abundance & Authenticity in 2024: Yoga & Feng Shui Course

Thursdays 22 February – 7 March 2024 | with Natalie Snooke

Embrace your yoga and the transformative energies of the Year of the Wood Dragon in 2024!

This four-session experiential course explores the combined power of Yoga and Feng Shui. Learn how to embody, practice and amplify the spiritual principles of abundance and authenticity, for your happiness, life success and personal growth.

In the ancient system of Chinese Astrology and Feng Shui, Wood Dragons symbolise new beginnings and vitality. So 2024 is a year where powerful opportunities and prosperity is available, if we are open to it.

Yet many of us struggle to express our authenticity and to live life from a place of abundance. Amidst a fear-driven culture that focuses on material success, we seek external comfort and validation. We are not taught that we are already enough, and that we already have enough, and how to access our inner resources.

Be your best Self

The truth is, you are a powerful source of creation! You have a unique combination of wisdom, strengths, gifts and talents to offer the world. Being authentic means that these gifts and talents have expression in your life. And when you do, very naturally, you will be contributing to the greater good of humanity.

This course will help you to rise above your fears, to live with courage and an abundance mindset. It will offer you both one-on-one and group support to reclaim your best Self.

Through a centring Yoga practice, you’ll be able to access the clarity, confidence, resilience and grace it takes to fiercely own your gifts, to move toward what serves you and away from what and whom does not.

Feng Shui means “the way of wind and water.” It’s principles guide you to change and arrange the objects in your environment to optimise the universe’s natural energy flow, for greater harmony and balance.

This year, along with your yoga practice and positive intentions, allow the Wood Dragon’s vibrant energy to deeply support you.

“In Chinese culture, the Dragon holds a significant place as an auspicious and extraordinary creature, unparalleled in talent and excellence. It symbolises power, nobility, honour, luck and success.” ~ Cynthia Lee

I am delighted to create and present this course.

As well as being a passionate practitioner and teacher of Yoga for 17 years, I have has also studied and practised Feng Shui with Master Marie Diamond since 2021. Feng Shui has contributed to the harmony and alignment I experience in my wellbeing, relationships and life – in subtle and surprising ways!

Together we will:

  • Learn the principles of Feng Shui, the activations for 2024 and how to apply them into your home and life for greater harmony and joy;
  • Practice simple, gentle yogic body movements, positions and sequences that take you out of your habitual body-mind patterns and into creative flow;
  • Explore Self-enquiry and how Yoga teaches you to be true to yourself;
  • Practice energetic cleansing practices (kriyas) and breath work to amplify your energy;
  • Use journaling to identify and help overcome your mental-emotional limitations;
  • Action and apply your learning into your daily life; and
  • Have fun!

Notes and homework are included in each session of the course to support and action your learning.

Beginners are welcome! There are no Yoga or Feng Shui prerequisites for this course, other than a curious mind and a willingness to create personal and lifestyle change. Experienced practitioners will also benefit from this unique combination of teachings.
