Wisdom Circles ~ An Online Space for Self-Discovery and Non-Dual Exploration
Wednesdays 20 May | with Natalie Snooke

Welcome. Wisdom Circles are conscious, online gatherings where we come together to explore and align with the truth, wisdom, and love that is our natural essence – our True Self.
You are invited to shift from seeking to seeing. From doing to being. From fixing or self-improvement to self-realisation.
Wisdom Circles offer you a fortnightly refuge to pause. Where you can feel deeply inspired to let down the defenses – and gently live into – your changeless, authentic nature, amidst a world that pulls us into egoic identification, separation, and distraction.
If you feel drawn to explore yourself beyond conventional yoga, personal or leadership development, then Wisdom Circles are for you.
The Spirit of Satsang
Natalie’s inspiration to hold Wisdom Circles arose from the profound influence that satsang and Dharma talks have had in her own journey over many years with deeply respected teachers.
Satsang, a Sanskrit word meaning “company of truth” points to the power of gathering together with a shared intention: to remember what is real.
In this spirit, Wisdom Circles are spaces of shared presence. One where community and inner inquiry meet. Together, we turn our attention inward for the purpose of self-discovery and self-realisation.
Why Join the Wisdom Circles?
A genuine sense of community and support
Gathering with others who share an interest in self-realisation nurtures connection, inner strength, and a sense of belonging – reducing feelings of isolation on what can often feel like a solitary path.
These circles are not about accumulating knowledge or adopting new beliefs. They offer non-dual teachings from different wisdom traditions (such as Buddhism, Taoism, Tantra, Kashmir Shaivism, Sufism and Advaita Vedanta) that gently point us back to remembering what is already here:
Deepening meditation and inner stillness
One’s meditation often becomes more profound in a collective field. Regular participation supports a natural deepening into presence and awareness.
Transformation
A consciously held space creates a powerful container – a kind of “field of grace” – that can gently shift our state of being and open us to new ways of seeing and being.
Clarity, inspiration and insight into life’s questions
Listening to and reflecting on truth-based teachings allows insights to emerge organically, helping us to “join the dots” of our lived experience with greater ease and understanding.
Greater freedom for everyday living
From this space of presence, we often find greater capacity to engage with life just as it is – bringing more ease, authenticity, and alignment into our relationships and work.
Over time, those who follow non-dual teachings tend to notice:
- Less identification with thoughts and roles.
- Greater ease with uncertainty.
- A quiet, steady sense of wholeness, loving presence and connection.
Yoga says: purify the body, steady the breath, discipline the senses, refine the mind, cultivate discrimination. Through sustained practice, clarity dawns.
Non-dual teachings say: you are already That. And no practice can produce, or take you away from, what you already are.
A Space for Direct Experience
Wisdom Circles are about a realigning with the simple, ever-present awareness that you are – and have always been.
- The awareness that is ever-present.
- The deeper nature beyond the thinking mind.
- The recognition that separation is, ultimately, an illusion.

What to Expect
Each fortnightly, online session – accessible from the comfort of your own home – runs for 60–75 minutes, typically including:
