Transformational life coaching session with Natalie Snooke

Transform from within – coaching that shifts you beyond goals to a deeper self-awareness, authenticity, purpose and alignment.

For over 18 years Natalie has offered personal and professional coaching, in Fremantle as well as Australia-wide. Her clients are men and women from all walks-of-life who are genuinely interested in becoming the best version of themselves. She specialises in supporting women to navigate midlife.

From doing to being

Chances are, you’ve led a busy life and have achieved plenty. But there’s more to you and something deeper still calls. Perhaps you:

  • Have a business, professional role or career that no longer “lights you up” despite your expertise and many years of commitment.
  • Find yourself in peri-menopause or menopause, feeling overwhelmed or not knowing yourself or your direction anymore.
  • Are at a crossroads after a loss, a separation or retirement. Or the kids have grown up and you’re searching for new meaning, or an intimate relationship.
  • Practice yoga, meditate or a creative passion yet struggle with feeling confident to create priorities, or set healthy boundaries, aligned with your truth and heart.
  • Serve others as a spiritual director, psychologist, teacher or coach doing it on your own, needing a wise sounding board to mirror your potential and make deeper changes.

Regardless, if you’re ready to live with courage and intention, instead of being reactive. If you’re ready to make your life a more genuine expression of who you are – and are becoming – I’d love to support you.

For many, it’s reconnecting with the power of their heart. We start from wherever you are.

My approach & what makes my work different?

I’m a genuine believer that you don’t need fixing. You need space — to pause, listen, and reconnect with the intelligence already moving through you. My approach is kind, empathetic, encouraging and gently direct. I want you to feel truly seen and validated.

My coaching blends conscious inquiry, somatic awareness, and grounded spiritual practice to create the foundation for transformation that lasts.

  1. Transformation through awareness
    My transformational life coaching goes beyond goals or strategies — it’s a process of becoming fully awake to your own patterns, truth, and potential. Real change begins with self‑awareness that’s embodied, not just understood.
  2. Integrating head, heart and body intelligence
    Drawing on yogic/mindfulness philosophy, somatic awareness and Enneagram wisdom, we explore how your core motivations and beliefs shape the way you experience life. This integration helps you shift from automatic reactions to conscious alignment.
  3. Courage as a daily practice
    You won’t be given a script for confidence; you’ll learn to meet life directly, even when it’s uncomfortable. Together we cultivate the strength to stay open, grateful, honest, and real.
  4. Spiritual depth, practical clarity
    Our work is soulful but accessible — anchored in presence, working step-by-step and guided towards tangible, accountable shifts in how you relate, lead, and live.

Working together

Every coaching session begins with a conversation — a chance to pause and sense what’s asking for change or attention. In our first session, we explore what really matters to you, what’s feeling out of alignment, and what life might look like when you’re living from clarity and purpose.

Together we create a steady rhythm that supports your timing for reflection, insight, embodiment and integration — the kind of coaching that doesn’t rush you, but keeps momentum alive. Some clients work with me for a few months, others longer; the focus is always depth, not speed.

Working together will help you to:

  • Deepen your self-understanding;
  • Know your personal values and strengths;
  • Access and integrate your head, heart and body intelligence;
  • Ground your energy and create perspective;
  • Create and live a life that feels authentic; and
  • Set and accomplish meaningful, realistic goals.

This is collaborative work: trusting the process, showing up with honesty and curiosity, and allowing transformation to unfold.

As part of all coaching programs you also receive complimentary access to my fortnightly, online community Wisdom Circles that support authentic living.

Frequently asked questions about life coaching

What is my coaching background?

I began coaching in 2007 after completing a Certificate in Coaching with an Australian coaching school and was an active member of the International Coaching Federation for many years. Since then, I’ve trained extensively in Transpersonal Presence Coaching with Alan Seale, Somatic Coaching with Suzanne Zeman and Advanced Enneagram Coaching with Ginger Lapid-Bogda. In 2023 I completed Integrated Attachment Theory Coach Certification with Thais Gibson.

For 18+ years I’ve coached business owners, leaders, creatives, and yogis — first from my Bunbury home, then a Fremantle office, then my Melville and Alfred Cove yoga studios, and now from my home office in Bicton.

I’m deeply committed to both self‑realisation and ongoing professional development. I travel to India annually to be with my teachers and mentors. As a coach, I stay connected to the work by receiving coaching myself — it keeps me grounded, clear, and in integrity with the process I offer.

Do you only work with women?

While much of my work is with women, I also work with men and people of all genders who resonate with my approach. I work inclusively with LGBTQIA+ clients and neurodiverse individuals, as well as people from diverse cultural/ethnic backgrounds, especially those who value inner growth and living with intention.

When, where and how often are coaching sessions held?

My coaching days are Wednesdays and Fridays, with some Thursday availability. Sessions are usually held fortnightly, allowing time for reflection and integration while maintaining momentum and accountability. The frequency can be adjusted to your individual needs. Sessions are held in‑person from my home-office in Bicton (south of the river, Perth) or online via Microsoft Teams — or a mix of both.

Do you provide extra support outside of coaching sessions?

Yes. Every coaching program includes brief access via text, email, or phone between sessions. It’s a space to share insights, navigate challenges, or touch base before key moments — keeping you supported as the work unfolds.

How does coaching start?

Before we begin, we’ll set clear foundations. Every client receives a Coaching Agreement outlining our mutual responsibilities — to ensure a transparent, professional, and confidential partnership.

You’ll also complete a Pre‑Coaching Questionnaire and Life Assessment to spark reflection on what’s most alive and important for you right now. These become the starting point for our first session.

In that session, we begin with the how before the what — intentionally co‑creating our coaching partnership. We explore how you best learn and grow: do you need to be challenged, inspired, supported, or all three? This simple step helps build trust and sets the tone for transformation.

If you’re unsure where to begin, that’s completely okay. We’ll work together to clarify what matters most and establish a few written coaching intentions to guide your first steps — always at your pace, never pressured.

I’m not really into yoga or meditation. Does that mean you’re not the right coach for me?

Not at all. Many of my clients don’t have a mindfulness or yoga practice. These elements inform how I work — fostering presence, curiosity, and self‑awareness. If you value authenticity, deep listening, and gentle honesty, you’ll feel at home here. My approach is never dogmatic, and your personal views and beliefs are always respected.

How much does coaching cost, and how long do people usually work with you?

Coaching is accessible in single sessions as well as three and five session programs, depending on your circumstances and intentions. Most clients work with me for around three to six months — long enough to create insight, integration, and sustainable change. A single coaching session costs AUD $290. My coaching program fees range from AUD $840 to AUD $1375 and there are flexible payment plan options. We’ll discuss fees and program options clearly in your discovery call, so everything feels transparent and aligned before you begin.

Is coaching right for me?

Coaching is for anyone ready to explore themselves with honesty and curiosity. It’s not therapy, though it sits beautifully alongside deeper personal or spiritual work. If you’re open to reflection and committed to real inner change — even if you don’t yet know exactly what that looks like — you’re in the right place.

What kinds of results can I expect?

Every coaching journey is unique, but most of my clients describe feeling clearer, steadier, and more connected to who they really are. This kind of transformation isn’t about fixing yourself — it’s about recognising your patterns, reclaiming choice, and living from authentic alignment. Whatever your external visions, goals and dreams are, they become most possible to accomplish when there’s inner alignment, and some steady effort in your chosen direction.
