Summer Sadhana 2026 ~ New Year Yoga Practice Immersion for Clarity, Vitality and Presence

Monday 12 – Friday 16 January | Bicton

Summer Sadhana 2026 with Natalie Snooke

Summer Sadhana is a week of empowering early-morning yoga, kriya and meditation – an invitation to commit to practice, activate your deepest intention and establish your new year grounded in clarity, vitality and loving presence.

Sadhana comes from the Sanskrit root sadh, meaning to realise or to bring into being. In yoga it refers to the effort we make through consistent body-mind-heart practices to awaken and know our true Self. And only through sadhana are we able to live our most authentic and fulfilling life, no matter our age or phase.

Join Natalie, a community of friends and immerse yourself in the powerful, integrated practices of the Himalayan Yog-Vedantic tradition. This immersion offers you:

  • Sequences of grounding, uplifting yoga postures and flowing movements.
  • An emphasis on breath and subtle-body awareness.
  • Kriya sets to shift energy imbalances, strengthen your presence and still the mind.
  • Heart-opening mantra and mudra meditation.
  • Alignment with your deepest intentions for 2026.
  • Guidance that leads to deep inner clarity and sense of self.
  • Sharing and reflection circles to support your journey.
  • A sadhana set to take away and practice at home after the immersion, that will continue to transform your life.

Natalie has recently returned from India, engaged in sadhana and the wisdom of the Sattva Yoga lineage in the foothills of the Himalayas, so this is a special opportunity to benefit from her enlivened presence!

Practising in the garden at sunrise, we greet each day consciously in the quiet light and birdsong, allowing nature to nourish and inspire us. Our last morning involves a beautiful, memorable, sacred water ritual at the riverside.

Who is summer sadhana for?

Summer Sadhana is especially suited to those who sense that what they need now is not more social stimulation, but continuity, commitment and personal space to reconnect. Rather than chasing peak experiences, sadhana invites us to slow down and enter into a deeper relationship with ourselves and to return to what truly matters.

This immersion is for:

  • students with some yoga experience who wish to benefit from more consistent practise;
  • teachers wanting to reconnect with their own sadhana;
  • practitioners seeking depth without intensity or pressure; and/or
  • anyone with a sincere desire for a meaningful, steady way to begin the year.
