Yoga and meditation are founded on the development of self-awareness, including an awareness of your physical and mental capabilities and limitations, and the rate at which those limitations can be gradually overcome through practice.

Yoga and meditation is not a replacement for psychotherapy or as a stand-alone treatment for mental illness.

You are fully responsible for your own mental and physical wellbeing in applying the given instructions in the practice of yoga and meditation to your own circumstances. Momentum provides guidance and instructions to you in the practice of yoga and meditation, strictly on that basis.

Momentum will not accept liability for any injury or loss suffered by you in your yoga or meditation practice, whether during or outside of classes, workshops, retreats or pilgrimages.
