Ignite Your Inner Light: Spring Yoga & Kriya Immersion

Ignite and amplify the light of your inner being, and reset your life, with five days of energising sunrise yoga, kriya and meditation practice in the garden. Plus a delicious take-home breakfast jar to set you on your day!
Transform the winter lethargy and experience an expansive shift in all systems of your body and mind, with a skilfully crafted practice, as Natalie draws from the deep wisdom teachings of the Himalayan Yoga-Vedantic tradition.
Kriya means action that leads to evolution.
Kriya practices are powerful, repetitive yogic sequences of breathwork (pranayama), movement (asana), mantras and mudras designed to awaken layers of your body’s subtle energy (prana) to:
- release stored emotions and energetic blockages;
- cultivate clarity, deep inner stillness and a profound peace in the heart;
- strengthen your willpower to take actions aligned with your chosen life direction; and
- accelerate your spiritual transformation and self-realisation.
“There is no crisis big enough that you cannot transcend through your awareness, through your wisdom. When you dive deep into the ocean of wisdom within yourself, you can rise up to such an incredible level.” ~ Anandji
Our dedicated yoga sadhana will be deeply supported by nature. Each morning, we’ll witness the magic of the sunrise, savour the gifts of the magpie and honeyeater birdsong, and feel grounded and connected with the earth.
Join us for this special week of uplifting practice, nature, community and transformation!

What do I need to commit to for the immersion?
To get the full benefits, you’ll need to make a personal commitment to attend 6am classes Monday to Friday (or as many days as you can), as well as allocate around 30 minutes for reflective journaling each evening at home.
This immersion is suitable for all practitioners with some yoga and/or meditation experience, even if you’re out of practice. It is not suitable for complete beginners. All yoga gear – mats, bolsters, blankets and blocks – are provided. You can also BYO.
If the St Christopher’s garden ambience is too cool or it’s raining, we will move indoors to the hall.
Your yoga immersion includes:
- Slow-flow yoga and meditation, with an emphasis on mindful, embodied movement and breathing;
- Set sequences of kriyas that channel and amplify energy;
- A supportive community circle of sharing;
- Healthy, delicious take-home breakfast jars each day, both gluten-free/dairy-free (optional); and
- Guidance questions for reflection and evening journaling, allowing you to integrate the teachings into your daily life and relationships.
Plus, plenty of love and support for your week!
