Terms & Conditions

In registering for this India Pilgrimage, you agree to:

• Arrange and pay for your own airfares to/from Delhi.
• Make the payment of fees within the specified due dates.
• Arrive at the Delhi International Airport/Lemon Tree Hotel (Aerocity, Delhi) no later than Monday 19 October in order to participate in the first group activities the following morning. Please make note of this!
• Depart from the pilgrimage in Rishikesh (to the Delhi International Airport or elsewhere) no earlier than Monday 2 November. Please make note of this!
• Purchase comprehensive Travel Insurance for the full duration of the retreat, including your travel time from home.
• Arrange and pay for your India Visa, available online, according to your country’s requirements. This requires a current passport, valid for six months after November 2026.
• Arrange any travel vaccinations and health updates (that may be required by the Indian Government.)
• Read and accept the Cancellation Policy.
• Complete the Registration Form that includes providing your personal information so that you can be provided with optimal guidance, care and support.
