My Enneagram Coaching offers you a unique transformational journey as an individual or as a couple.

It leverages the depth of the Enneagram’s insights into human behaviour, along with my experienced coaching guidance and support, to facilitate profound self-discovery, healing and growth.

What does Enneagram Coaching include?

My Enneagram Coaching is a unique, tailored growth journey for each person or couple. You receive a unique blend of practical, skills-based learning, a deep exploration of who you are and expert support and guidance to help you to action and integrate your learning.

Regardless of the reason they came to my Enneagram Coaching, many clients say they also developed more of a connection with their ‘true self’.

Over the course of a few sessions you will:

• Identify your Enneagram type;
• Understand the core motivations, fears and desires that (often unconsciously) drive your thinking, feeling and behaviour patterns;
• Address the obstacles that limit your personal, professional and relationship growth;
• Learn how to access your head, heart and gut intelligences;
• Apply your Enneagram type to the decisions, circumstances and conflicts of your life, leadership and primary relationships;
• Amplify your presence and authenticity!;
• Harness your gifts and strengths, as well as accept and work on your challenges; and
• Develop greater trust and compassion for the significant other(s) in your life as you celebrate and appreciate the differences in Enneagram types and motivations for behaviour.

Coaching Program Options and Next Steps

All of my individual and couples Enneagram Coaching Programs include:

• Face-to-face and/or virtual coaching sessions, starting anytime. The first session is 90 minutes and subsequent sessions are 60 minutes.
• Completion of a written Coaching Agreement, outlining all terms and conditions, roles and responsibilities, program fees and details.
• A Pre-Coaching Self Assessment Questionnaire to reflect on who you are and your aspirations.
• A detailed written profile of your Enneagram Type.
• Unlimited brief phone, email and text support as needed, in between coaching sessions.
