Cleanse, Activate & Shine. Begin Again Kriya Yoga Course
Mondays 9 March – 20 April | Six Weeks | Bicton

If you’re ready to explore beyond yoga postures and experience yoga as a transformative inner practice, join Natalie for this empowering, beginner-friendly six week Kriya Yoga course.
Kriya Yoga is the yoga of energy. It combines meditative techniques with breath work and movement to channel kundalini energy, to awaken and transform our state of consciousness, with lesser emphasis on physical yoga postures.
This is an entry point into Kriya Yoga as a holistic practice that integrates ‘doing’ and ‘being’. We explore techniques of the body, breath, heart-mind and inner awareness that quickly cut through obstacles and empower you to be, and become, the best version of yourself.
Beginners and returning yoga students welcome.
No requirement to be a certain body type, flexible or already ‘good at yoga’ — just show up as you are.
You will need to have a curious mind and a sincere willingness to commit to your inner growth.
And you will be guided step by step, in a supportive and uplifting group.

Course Benefits
You’ll experience how Kriya Yoga practice works from the inside-out to steadily transform your state of mind and heart – it is not just ‘feel good’ exercise. This course is your opportunity to:
- Learn to rest in the ‘now’ and be fully accepting and present with yourself.
- Feel grounded, calm and more centred in daily life.
- Restore balance to your nervous system.
- Slow down and move with awareness and confidence in your body.
- Connect with your open-heartedness.
- Experience the deep inner stillness and radiance of your soul.
- Build a simple practice, that you can do for yourself at home.
Imagine learning how to apply effort and to work intelligently with your energy, awareness and nervous system, to bring palpable shifts in your wellbeing, state of mind and spiritual growth – this is Kriya Yoga.

What You’ll Do in Each Class
Held weekly over six weeks, each class is structured, fully guided and builds week-by-week. There will be clear instructions and different options to explore, to suit your capacity. You’ll learn:
- Kriya sequences of pranayama (breath work), mudras (hand gestures), mantras (sacred sounds) and chi movements to unlock energy, stabilise the nervous system and open the heart.
- Accessible yoga postures that build both strength and agility.
- Guided meditation that awakens deeper states of clarity and stillness.
- Awareness practices that deepen presence and connect you to your radiant essence.
- Yoga philosophy and wisdom teachings you can apply in everyday life.

Your Teacher

Hi – I’m Natalie, your teacher.
Yoga is my passion and calling. I’ve been practising and teaching for 18+ years in the Bicton-Fremantle area. And it brings me immense joy and fulfilment to share the wisdom of yoga with people just like you.
What I love most about Kriya Yoga is its accessibility, efficiency and depth. Each technique and each practice takes us on a unique journey through the layers of our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual being. Over time, this builds within us a palpable inner strength, clarity and radiance. I can’t wait to share it with you!
