Experience a rejuvenating afternoon of Yin Yoga blended with soothing sound vibrations played 'live' in the studio.

Find stillness, rest and release deeply held tension with our beautiful, unique combination of self-care modalities ~ perfect for Saturday afternoons in the Spring.

During the sessions, you are encouraged to gently focus on healing sounds made from Tibetan bowls and other instruments, whilst being in yin yoga postures, to experience a deep meditative stillness.

Yin Yoga postures involve being seated and lying-down, comfortably supported with blankets and bolsters on yoga mats, holding postures for several minutes.

These sessions are wonderful for everyone - beginners and experienced, with or without yoga experience. You can attend any session(s) individually or all four as a block.

Places are limited to 20 people each session. We encourage you to book your place early to avoid missing out!

Once you book, you will receive an emailed receipt to confirm your purchase. Then the day before the session, you will receive a reminder email from us with all of the details.
