Women's Natural Hormonal Balance Workshop

Spend an afternoon nurturing yourself and learning ways to overcome the mental, emotional and physical challenges of menstruation and menopause - that can lead to profound happiness and health, despite the changing nature of your hormones. 

Through the wisdom and application of yoga techniques, philosophy, meditation and essential oils, you'll learn how to manage common imbalances such as adrenal fatigue, pre-menstual tension, post-natal depression and mood swings.

Hormones affect all areas of our life. When they are out of balance we feel emotionally reactive, sad or irritable, and often with low energy or low libido. They impact on our relationships, our work productivity and our overall sense of happiness and personal fulfilment. But this doesn't have to be the case!

When we learn how to manage the natural workings of our mind and understand our bodies' needs, many of the symptoms women tend to experience can be greatly eased or even eliminated - giving us full access to our amazing capacity for love, creativity and wisdom, especially as we age.

  • Practice gentle yoga asana (postures) that specifically nourish and balance the hormonal, reproductive and nervous systems;
  • Experience deeper inner calm through pranayama (breathwork) and meditation;

  • Learn how to incorporate the use of essential oils into your lifestyle;

This workshop is accessible to women of all ages, irrespective of their level of health and fitness. Our intention is to create a safe and inspiring space where women can experience, explore and share wisdom openly and honestly.

About The Facilitators 

The workshop facilitators Natalie Snooke and Kerrelee Lummis are compassionate, heart-centred yogis who are dedicated to helping women feel empowered and enjoying optimal vitality throughout their life. Though their professional work and own rich personal experiences and health challenges, they join together to share a wealth of knowledge and inspiration on women's health.

Natalie has been teaching yoga and meditation and life coaching as the director of Momentum Coaching & Yoga for 10 years.

Kerrelee is a massage therapist, Bowen and Ortho-Binomy practitioner, Counsellor, Reiki Master and Doterra Essential Oils wellness consultant. She has been working with essential oils for 16 years.
