"I really enjoyed the course and got a lot out of it! I felt like I was getting instruction from a knowledgeable and experienced source, which increased my enthusiasm in giving it a go. Being a weekly course, it got me into the habit of meditation. The most important thing I learnt was that it's normal to have thoughts coming and going, but to observe them rather than interact with them. The course is well worth your time doing.
