Spring Yoga Intensive & Detox Week

Awaken your vitality and self-awareness with five days of heart-centred yoga and meditation, poetry inspiration and jamu juice detox, in timing with the Spring equinox.

A daily commitment to early-morning yoga and meditation practice cultivates clarity and strength. It sets us up for a more joyful, energised and centred day - and allows us to know our radiant inner Self.

Plus, being supported to make simpler, conscious choices about what you eat, and what you do (and don't do) with your time for a whole week, channels your energy so that you are more effective with your actions and decisions in daily life.

Our final morning of practice will take place from a beautiful, private riverside location. Join Natalie and our like-minded group for this fun, transformative and focused week!

What's Included

To get the full benefits from this yogic intensive, you will need to make a personal commitment to attend early-morning classes for five days, as well as be prepared to focus and create space in your schedule for some Spring-cleaning and detoxing.

You receive:
  • Daily 75 minute yoga and meditation classes: 6am Monday to Friday.
  • Slow-flow vinyasa yoga, with an emphasis on twists and inversions, to stimulate lymphatic cleansing and digestion.
  • Heart-centred, guided meditation practices.
  • Daily poetry and mantra inspiration - handouts included.
  • Freshly brewed 750 ml botttle of Jenny's Jamu - drink a glassfull each morning!
  • Notes on physical/mental yogic detox activities that include: setting intentions, mindful daily actions, decluttering and recommended eating regimes.
  • Plenty of love and support for your week!
Jenny's Jamu is an all-natural, homemade immunity-boosting tonic, based on a traditional Indonesian recipe. It's slowly brewed from fresh certified organic Australian turmeric  and ginger roots. Jamu boosts the immune system, reduces joint inflammation, detoxes and supports liver health, helps to balance hormones and supports blood and kidney cleansing. Made locally in Busselton by our friend Jenny!

Booking Details

Places are limited to 16 participants - suitable for those with previous yoga and/or meditation experience (not for complete beginners.)

Past Intensives have been very popular, so we encourage you to book early to secure your place! Students with an existing Three Month Pass may suspend their pass for a week.
