Myofascial Release Yin Yoga Workshop ~ "Thighs and Hips"

Join two of Perth’s qualified and experienced Yin Yoga teachers in this specialised workshop to gain a deeper understanding of why we experience pain, discomfort and stiffness in the body – particularly the thighs and hips - and how to release this through the combination of Myofascial release and Yin yoga.

When we know how to directly release tension from our body, we can experience greater openness, mobility, health, mental ease and comfort, leading to our own transformation.

We will incorporate and explore specific ball techniques to enable an increase in mobility and flexibility.


The Benefits ~ in this workshop you will:
  

  • Learn about the denser layers of the body, their presence and functions.
  • Understand what myofascial tissue is and the importance of its health.
  • Discover and feel how to promote tissue movement in your body.
  • Explore a practice combination of Myofascial release and yin yoga.

This workshop is suitable for new or experienced yoga practioners wanting to expand their yin yoga practice and knowledge. Those with tight hamstrings and/or hips will especially benefit.
