Momentum's mission is simple - to inspire people to live happier, healthier, more meaningful lives.  We all need an avenue for authentic personal growth - Momentum gives you this.  Momentum supports you to learn, grow and change, to embrace your unique gifts and live a journey that allows you to flourish and be who you truly are.  Momentum is about helping you to harness your innate wisdom and energy - your momentum - to be at peace and flow with life moment-to-moment as it unfolds. 

Momentum, the business, is also about making a contribution to the bigger picture, to the expanding happiness, consciousness and spirit of humanity.

The lotus flower in Momentum's image shows us how we can live a balanced life - like a water-lily, we too can be rooted or grounded in the mud of life, yet be dynamic, rising above the surface to bloom.

 

Momentum Coaching & Yoga is my life-dream creation!  Momentum commenced out of my strong desire to help people realise their amazing potential and make a difference in the world.  After lots of exciting visions, planning and focused, hard-work with my coach, Momentum began in 2007 in Bunbury and is now based in Fremantle, the vibrant, eclectic port city adjoining Perth, Western Australia.  You will find Momentum located inside the historic Old Fremantle Prison, in a unique office environment that is light, peaceful and beckons inspiration, despite it's checkered past!
