Join us to rekindle your mindset, develop breath awareness and the physical foundations you need to enjoy and recommit to your yoga again.

If you have some past yoga experience and gave it up but would like to get into it again, then these workshops are just for you!

These uncertain times have created extra physical, mental and emotional stress for everyone. Yoga is a powerful antidote to stress, that creates resilience and leads us to enjoy vibrant health and a steady self-awareness. But finding the motivation, the time and the right opportunity to 'begin again' can be tricky. 

We'll guide you to rediscover your yoga with that familiar 'buzz' and get you back on track to a regular yoga routine.

Natalie and Laura (pictured above) are both highly experienced, fun and motivational Senior Yoga teachers.

Workshop Benefits & Content

These workshops are designed to be fun! Our light-hearted approach allows you to take things slowly, safely and steadily, step by step, allowing you to work with any injuries or to modify postures using props.

You will:

  • Set clear intentions, with the right mindset for yoga.
  • Practice the basics of breathing and mindful body awareness.
  • Warm-up the shoulders, neck, hips and spine ready for yoga postures.
  • Explore the foundations of flow with basic sun salutations and standing postures to build strength.
  • Open-up the chest and shoulders with gentle backbending.
  • Develop comfort and stillness in sitting postures.
  • Release spinal tension with twists and lying postures.
  • Be guided into relaxation - to experience your natural state of calm and contentment.

There will be notes and handouts provided to support you to get the most out of your learning. 

The wonderful thing about yoga is that our bodies have a 'cellular memory' and beginning again is not as hard as you might think. Stored in your cells are the familiar sensations and experiences of what 'your yoga' feels like. So on 'the inside' you are already pre-wired to experience when tension eases, the energy flows and your mind is clear and calm - you just need to give yourself the opportunity to tap-into it again!              

Each workshop offers a different combination of warm-ups and postures, to allow exploration of a range of movements. You are welcome to attend just one, a couple or all four.

At the completion of each workshop you'll have the opportunity to purchase a discounted Three Month Pass to encourage you to stay committed to a regular yoga practice and reap the physical and mental benefits over the coming months.

Booking Details

The workshops are suitable for both men and women (aged 18+) who are in good general health (ie do not require medical clearance to practice yoga) and who have some previous yoga experience.

Places in each workshop are limited to 15 students. We encourage you to book your place early to avoid missing out!

Once your payment is made, your will receive an emailed receipt to confirm your registration. Then the day before the workshop(s), we will email you a reminder with all of the details you need to know.

Dates:   Saturdays 6, 13, 20 & 27 June

Time:  11am-1pm (2 hours)

Cost: $40 per workshop, $70 for two or $140 for all four
