We will come to your workplace on any day of the week, either before, during or after working hours. Our presentation of yoga and meditation is professional-yet-friendly. Our Director Natalie Snooke had a caareer human resource management and corporate training, so we well-understand the challenges and pressures that workplaces and employee motivation can often present.

We also offer yoga or meditation sessions as a unique addition to your professional development day, corporate retreat or conference program.

We teach yoga so that your staff benefit personally and can transfer what they learn on the yoga mat into their personal life and their role at work, maximising your return on investment. All you need to provide is the space and the people, we provide yoga mats and a high standard of professional yoga teaching.

A program of classes can designed to be both relaxing and energising and involve the practice of basic Hatha Yoga postures, relaxation and Insight Meditation techniques. Classes are suitable for men and women of all ages and physical ability. No previous yoga or meditation experience is ever required - we are very experienced in starting from scratch.
