Join Irena Brnic on this four-week course and learn how to integrate simple Ayurvedic routines into your daily life, as well as how to overcome common health imbalances for your age and phase of life. 


The sister-sciences of Yoga and Ayurveda are timeless, holistic systems originating in India that give us the tools, wisdom and practices for our human flourishing and living to our greatest potential. 

When we are healthy, there is inner equanimity, total contentment and an enduring wellbeing.

In Ayurveda, we learn specifically how to self-care and how to alleviate pain and suffering on all levels, for our mind, body, spirit and social wellbeing. 

Learning Benefits

This course is rich in theory as well as practical, hands-on learning and experimentation in daily life:

  • Determine your individual constitution (Dosha) and what brings it 'in' and 'out' of balance;
  • Learn how age, season, diet, time-of-day, environment and habits influence the Doshas and how to rebalance;
  • Explore daily cleansing and self-care practices such as self-massage;
  • Assess your diet, digestive fire (Agni) and the six tastes (Rasas);
  • Understand how Ayurveda and Yoga work together;
  • Incorporate simple yoga postures (asanas) and breathwork (pranayama) into a personal practice; and
  • Be supported to implement healthy daily routines and make simple lifestyle changes.
You will be able to gain a deeper insight into the body-mind connection and how we can experience more harmony within ourselves and our environment (community).

About Irena

Irena (pictured above) is a fully certified Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant, Yoga Teacher and Life Coach with over 10 years of practical experience.

Her vibrant, calm presence is a living example of how a dedication to Yoga and Ayurveda practice truly works in our modern-day life. 

Booking Details

Places in the course are limited to 12 adult (18+) women and men, preferably with some yoga experience and an existing yoga practice. 

We encourage you to book your place early to avoid missing out!

Once your payment is made, you will receive an emailed receipt to confirm your registration. Then the day before the course starts, we will email you a reminder with all of the details you need to know.
