Join us on a 21-day journey as we anchor, align and arise to yoga and meditation's empowering benefits for our body, mind, spirit... and life!

Spring is the season to start afresh and (re)dedicate yourself to your wellbeing priorities, through setting goals and taking steps forwards on a path of positive self-growth. 

Your Commitment

The 21 Day Challenge is a commitment that you make to yourself, to participate in a daily practice, record your progress and appreciate the positive impacts in your life.  

You'll do it through a combination of unlimited Momentum yoga and meditation classes and/or home practice, with group support, three motivational workshops and Natalie's encouragement and guidance. You'll need to be self-motivated and committed to the process!

Being creatures of habit, it takes around 21 days of consistent effort and attention to create a habit, or to break one. We will focus on three themes:

Week 1 - Anchor - Set your goals, create effective daily routines and begin your foundation practices.
Week 2 - Align - Find the balance between effort and ease, aligning your practice intentions, health needs and daily actions. 
Week 3 - Arise - Be inspired to go beyond what you thought was possible, through feeling lighter and brighter.

Use this Challenge as an opportunity to set a clear goal or intention. To create or break a habit of your choice that fits your lifestyle and current circumstances, helping you to move into Spring with greater focus, energy and self-confidence.

What's Included

The 21 Day Challenge includes: 

  • Unlimited Momentum classes for 21 days (hatha, vinyasa, yin, meditation - you choose)
  • A (pre-designed) home yoga practice with weekly themes: anchor, align and arise.
  • An introductory studio workshop.
  • Two weekly online group motivation sessions.
  • Journaling self-enquiry prompts for each week.
  • Free follow-up life coaching session with Natalie.
  • Daily text support and charted recording of your progress at Momentum.

We will be creating a supportive group of '21-Day Challengers' so you'll be sharing the journey with like-minded others.  Spot prizes and other incentives will also be offered along the way.

Who is the Challenge for?

This 21 Day Yoga Challenge is suitable for all practitioners with some prior yoga or meditation experience. It isn't suitable for complete beginners to yoga, as foundational skills will not be taught - these need to first be learned in our classes or beginners courses.   

You must be prepared to learn and practice a daily routine of yoga, breath work and relaxation/meditation, if you do not already have your own practice. 

Participants with a current Class Pass or Membership will be able to suspend it for the 21-day duration.

Once you book, you will receive an emailed receipt to confirm your purchase. Then the day before the first Challenge workshop, you will receive a reminder email from us with all of the details.

Workshop times:     2.00 - 4.00pm Saturday 18 September (introduction and practice workshop)
                                7.30 - 8.30pm Sunday 26 September (online group motivation session)
                                7.30 - 8.30pm Sunday 3 October (online group motivation session)
